Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

These terms apply to your use of TentaGen, an AI-driven exam question generator for educational organizations.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TentaGen, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. Service Description

TentaGen is an AI tool that helps educators generate exam questions from course material. The service uses Anthropic Claude AI and supports export to WISEflow, QTI 2.1/2.2, Word, and other formats. TentaGen is intended as a support tool — educators are always responsible for final review and approval of questions.

3. User Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Each account is personal and must not be shared with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use TentaGen to create exam questions for educational purposes. You may not: use the service for illegal purposes, attempt to circumvent security measures, overload the system with automated requests, or share generated questions commercially without permission.

5. Intellectual Property

You are free to use the questions generated through the service. TentaGen makes no claims to the generated questions. The TentaGen platform, its design, and code belong to the developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform's source code.

6. AI-Generated Content and Responsibility

AI-generated questions are suggestions and must be reviewed by an educator before use in examinations. The educator bears full pedagogical and academic responsibility for questions used in exams. We do not guarantee that questions are error-free, pedagogically optimal, or free from unintentional bias. TentaGen is designed in accordance with the EU AI Act as a preparatory AI tool with mandatory human review.

7. Limitation of Liability

During the pilot period, TentaGen is provided free of charge and as-is. We are not liable for any errors in AI-generated questions, consequences of using them in examinations, or indirect damages. Our liability is limited to direct damages. This limitation does not affect rights under mandatory Swedish law.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or within the service at least 30 days in advance.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved by Swedish courts with Örebro District Court as the court of first instance.
